How quickly do you roast and ship?
We roast to order, typically within 24 hours of your purchase. For Amazon orders through our standard listing, roasting and shipping takes 2–3 business days. Your coffee arrives at peak freshness.
What's your return policy?
We're confident you'll love our coffee, but if you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of receipt. We'll make it right—refund, replacement, or a credit for your next order.
Do you ship outside Ireland?
Yes! We ship across the EU with a flat rate. Contact us at hello@jungleandsun.ie for current shipping costs to your country.
Can you customize roasts for wholesale?

We work directly with small-scale farmers in Huila, Colombia. We pay fair prices, invest in sustainable practices, and maintain long-term relationships. No brokers, no exploitation.

All coffee arrives in sealed, one-way valve bags that lock in freshness. No plastic liners—just paper and a commitment to keeping your coffee fresh.
